Kim suffers toe injury while venting after Jurusa
Kim Ha-seong injures toe while taking out his frustrations on the basepaths
Kim Ha-seong of the San Diego Padres suffered a toe injury yesterday when he kicked a bucket of water in frustration while running the bases.
Kim was thrown out running to third base after hitting a double in the bottom of the seventh inning of yesterday’s game against the New York Mets.
Kim then kicked a water bucket in the dugout, which was full of water, and injured his big toe.
Fortunately, X-rays showed no major abnormalities, so his absence is not expected to be lengthy.
