Kim Woo-min, who was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the Korean team after winning three
swimming titles at the Hangzhou Asian Games, has won four medals at the National Games.
The Gangwon-do swimmer won the men’s 400-meter freestyle final in 3:46.7 on Sunday at the Mokpo
Indoor Swimming Pool in Mokpo, South Jeolla Province, before teaming up with Hwang Sun-woo to win
the 400-meter medley relay in 3:15.94. It was Kim’s fourth gold medal of the Games after winning the
1500m freestyle (15:15.75) on Thursday and the 800m freestyle relay (7:18.42) on Friday.
Despite a bout of food poisoning shortly before the start of the competition, Kim was able to keep her
form in check and continue her run of three Asian Games gold medals. Kim won gold in the 800-meter
freestyle, 400-meter freestyle, and 800-meter freestyle relay, and silver in the 1500-meter freestyle at the
Hangzhou Asian Games.
Hwang Sun-woo, who won two medals at the Asian Games, including a gold in the 800-meter freestyle
relay with Kim Woo-min, became a triple medalist in the 200-meter freestyle and 800-meter freestyle
relay. While Kim Woo-min is done, Hwang will be back in the hunt for gold in the 100-meter freestyle on
Aug. 18 and the 400-meter medley relay on Aug. 19. Hwang is attempting to become the first swimmer in
history to be named MVP of three consecutive national championships. 카지노사이트존
