Scottish Premiership club Celtic FC is pleased to announce the signings of Hyunjun Yang (21) and Hyukkyu Kwon (22). Together with Oh Hyun-gyu, they will form the “Korean Trinity” at Celtic.

Celtic announced the signings of Yang Hyun-joon and Kwon Hyuk-gyu on its official website on the evening of April 24 (KST).

Earlier in the day, Celtic announced the signing of Yang Hyun-joon. “We are delighted to announce the signing of Yang Hyun-jun on a five-year contract,” the club said. “The 21-year-old striker, who won the K League Young Player of the Year award last year, joins from Gangwon FC and will play alongside Oh Hyuk-gyu at Celtic Park.”

“I’m looking forward to meeting my new teammates and starting training with them. It’s the move I wanted and I’m happy to be in Scotland as a Celtic player.” “I’ve already heard great things about Celtic and the supporters from Oh Hyun-gyu, and I can’t wait to meet them and play in front of them,” he added.

About four hours later, Celtic also announced the signing of Kwon Hyuk-kyu.

“We have completed our Korean duo with the signing of Busan I-Park midfielder Kwon Hyuk-kyu on a five-year contract,” Celtic said, adding that the 22-year-old midfielder will play alongside Yang Hyun-joon and Oh Hyun-gyu.

Speaking to the club, Kwon said: “I’m delighted to join the Scottish champions. I have memories of watching Ki Sung-yueng play when I was a kid.” “Celtic is already a very famous team in Korea. With three Korean players, there will be even more support. I think it will be a great experience.”

Finally, Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers said through the club: “We are delighted to have signed Hyun-Jun Yang and are confident he will be a great addition to 토토 our squad.” “On the same day that we announced the signing of Yang, we are also delighted to have been able to bring in Kwon Hyuk-gyu. He’s a player we’ve been eyeing for a while. I know the players themselves are happy with the transfers, and we look forward to having both of them join the team and play their part in a successful season.”
