Valieva’s medical team explained to CAS, “Balyeva was diagnosed with heart disease when she was 14 years old,

The Times suspected organized drug administration in Russia.

The media said, “Dr. Filip Shvetsky, one of the three medical staff who administered drugs to Kamila Valieva, has been with the Russian figure skating team since 2010” and added,

“He served as a team doctor for the Russian national rowing team in 2007 and was banned from athletes.

He pointed out, “I was suspended for two years on charges of administering drugs”

In addition, he pointed out, “Valieva was disciplined,
