The Samsung Lions clinging to a one-game lead in the best-of-three series

The Samsung Lions of the Korean Baseball Organization (KBO), clinging to a one-game lead in the best-of-three series against the Kia Tigers, may pull out the pinch-hitter card.

Koo suffered a left knee ligament injury while attempting to steal second base in the second game of the playoffs against the LG Twins at Samsung Lions Park in Daegu, South Korea, on April 15.
